For a major hospital chain, working with a national main contractor, PES has surveyed 8 hospital complexes for all forms of demand reduction, waste minimisation and renewable potential. This project includes fund raising for the client and the full survey, design, specification, procurement and delivery of the recommended interventions. The first phase of the project has been well-received and the implementation phase is about to commence, aiming at saving in excess of 20% of consumption. PES has a wide-ranging supply chain capability & network, completely comfortable at working with Public Sector clients, often in live operational environments.
